If you're the person that took this picture, great shot! Fern and I work in this neighborhood. It's known in these parts as "the crotch," which I don't think only refers to the shape of the intersecting avenues. It's home to greasy art kids and New Victorians (the greasy art kids serve coffee and cocktails to the bourgeois New Vics). The greasers seem pretty slutty and the New Vics are pushing baby strollers, so I guess there's a lot of crotch action in these parts? Hard to say...
